Please Note:

All Rocio designs are placed in luxurious packaging and as such are sent individually. If multiple orders are placed then each design is sent individually with shipping charges applied per unit.

Rocio Ltd offers the following shipping options:

UK Customers: DHL Express Delivery: 1 - 2 Working Days
European and US Customers: DHL Delivery: 2 - 3 Working Days
Rest of World Customers: DHL Delivery: 2 - 7 Working Days

Delivery Information

All Orders are processed within 2 hours during office hours. Orders received before 16.00 GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders received past 16.00 on a Friday, will be shipped the following Monday and will therefore be delivered on Tuesday. All first time customers are subject to standard fraud prevention checks, this could on occasion delay your order being processed and dispatched. We may require your first order to be dispatched to the card billing address only. Orders are shipped using our partners DHL. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made. Rocio Ltd only accepts orders for products that are in stock.
With the following conditions:

• Payment is accepted and billing address verified
• Delivery address is verified and confirmed.
• Delays may be caused by external influences

For International Shipping , the DHL express shipping costs per unit are calculated per country of destination.
